Laura is a Senior Associate and is responsible for originating, executing and monitoring portfolio investments, with a focus on direct private equity investments.  Prior to joining, Laura spent four years in M&A and Strategy at Treasury Wine Estates with significant experience across global mergers and acquisitions, divestments, strategic reviews, and corporate finance. Prior to this, Laura commenced her career in investment banking at UBS Australia in the Consumer Products & Retail team, where she was involved in numerous M&A transactions and capital raisings. Laura holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) from Monash University.
